Module 0: Real Estate as an Investment Asset

In this module, you will learn what real estate represents as an investment asset, as well as its advantages and disadvantages.

Summary

Real estate is one of the oldest investment assets, available to people for centuries and rightfully considered a conservative option for investments. This reputation stems from its high stability, as even during economic crises, real estate remains a liquid asset that appreciates over time.

Real estate allows for not only income from rental payments but also through the appreciation of its value. This makes property both a tool for generating passive income and an asset with a focus on long-term growth.

The primary challenge of real estate investments is the high initial cost, making this asset suitable for not everyone, and it's difficult to build a diversified investment portfolio from it. However, this is addressed through fractional ownership, which significantly lowers the entry barrier.
